Refund & Cancellation Policy
All registrations for our programs, events, and competitions are completed online. Please review the following refund and cancellation policy carefully before completing your registration.
Cancellation by Participant
Participants may cancel their registration up to 30 days prior to the scheduled performance or event date and be eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable processing or transaction fees charged by the payment platform.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to the Festival administration and will be effective based on the date the written notice is received.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the performance or event date are non-refundable, as program planning, venue arrangements, faculty scheduling, and administrative costs will have already been incurred.
No-Shows
Failure to attend the event without prior written cancellation (“no-show”) will not be eligible for any refund or credit.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
Event Changes, Cancellation, or Force Majeure
In the event that the Festival is unable to proceed with a program, event, or performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, severe weather, public health emergencies, government orders, travel restrictions, labor disputes, or other force majeure events, the Festival reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the event.
In such cases, registered participants will be notified as soon as reasonably possible. Refunds, credits, or rescheduling options, if any, will be determined at the Festival’s discretion, taking into account non-recoverable costs already incurred.
Policy Acknowledgment
By completing an online registration, participants acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
